Personal training session offered by one of the Club’s Certified Personal Trainers. This session is custom designed to focus on your personal fitness goals. Reservations required as we want to pair you up with a trainer that can help you reach your specific goals.

One-on-one session with Certified Personal Trainer. This session is designed to stretch and lengthen your muscles, relaxing them and helping to improve flexibility.

Body Composition Analysis
Our fitness expert will advise on your lean mass versus body fat content, and give you recommendations on how to reach your goal. This should be scheduled every 6 - 8 weeks to track your progress.
